Soldiers Memorial Field Golf Course Superintendant Tom St. George was recognized in November for 30 years of dedicated effort and superior performance. Inscribed on the plaque, which was given in appreciation by the Soldiers Field Leagues, Clubs, and Associations, was the following:
“Thousands of golfers have benefited from having one of the best in business maintain a golf course they love.”
Presenting the plaque was Frank Taylor, Director of Golf for the City of Rochester.
